Vicki Sato is an Advisor in the Life Sciences group. Dr. Sato recently retired from Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she served as President since 2000. She's also returned to academia to get the best of the next generation excited about the promise of new breakthrough science. Apart from advising and teaching, Vicki is an Italophile, enthusiastic cook and competitive ballroom dancer.
