Frank Castellucci is a partner and general counsel, responsible for all legal affairs including the structure, negotiation, and execution of investments, fund administration, and general corporate matters. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and an active participant in the NVCA’s General Counsel Group. He is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
