Frank Castellucci joined Atlas Venture in 2004 and is a Partner and General Counsel.

Prior to joining Atlas Venture, Frank was an Associate at Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where he practiced general corporate law and advised both private and public companies in the high technology and life sciences industries as well as venture capital firms in all areas of partnership, corporate and general securities law.

Frank is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
